This past weekend proved disappointing for newly released movies as Cloud Atlas debuted at number two ($9.6M), Silent Hill: Revelation 3D debuted at number five ($8M), Fun Size debuted at number ten ($4.1M) and Chasing Mavericks debuted at thirteen ($2.2M) in the domestic box office. Argo fought its way to the top of the box office ($12M) and Hotel Transylvania ($9.4M) has consistently been a contender in the Top 5 since its number one debut in late September.

The highly anticipated animated-comedy Wreck-it Ralph opens in theaters this weekend along with the much hyped The Man with the Iron Fists (watch out for my interview with the director/co-writer of the film, RZA, this Thursday). Denzel Washington is back on the big-screen in Flight and you can check out a couple trailers below for movies releasing this weekend!
