Family and friends of 3-year-old Emily Kay have planned a community vigil in her honor.

It's scheduled for  tonight at 6 p.m.

It'll be held at Pebble Park off Topaz Street and Pebble Road; that near Eastern Avenue.

People attending the vigil are encouraged to wear either pink or purple, which were both Emily's favorite colors.

Donations for the family are being taken at Chili's Rainbow and 215 .

Emily was killed in a crash Monday afternoon in the intersection of Eastern and Pebble, when the car her father was driving was struck by an SUV.
